The Brahman Cow is a memorable cow, with big floppy ears and a large hump on their back. They come in shades of gray, red and even spotted. The modern Brahman can trace its roots back to the Indian "sacred cattle". This reverence made them hard to import at first. Their breed is generally intelligent, inquisitive and shy. Giving them an affectionate and docile demeanor, allowing them to be an easily handled breed.
