Tabby - PART ONLY
Let’s be clear, ‘Tabby’ is not a specific breed of cat. Purebred, pedigree, moggie (mixed) breed, and feral cats can all be considered ‘tabby’ if they all show one particular characteristic. If the cat’s coat is striped, ticked, banded, or in any way multi-colored, the cat is considered a Tabby. Many times, Tabby cats are preferred, because they are considered more closely related to the first domesticated cat that also had a Tabby pattern to camouflage itself from prey.
